Privacy Policy
I am a self employed artist working as a sole trader. I arrange to have my work printed and delivered to me and then send it onward from my home studio. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If things go wrong I ask that you contact me to discuss and I will always do my best to help.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DELIVERY
FREE postage and packaging on all paper prints within UK and Europe. These will be sent in tubes via Royal Mail. Please allow at least two weeks for delivery in the UK and three weeks for Europe as many of the works will be printed to order. You will be kept informed if there is a delay.
Postage and packaging is not included in the purchase price of works larger than A1 size or original art work/sculpture. Please emailinfo@sheilamoylanart.comfor a quote. For international delivery please email info@sheilamoylanart.com for a quote.
CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware that once you have clicked to buy the product you are committed to the sale. You do have the right to cancel your order within 14 days but the sooner you let me know the better as it will mean I may be able to cancel printing/postage and if required arrange an alternative purchase for you.
PRIVACY
I will not pass on or store your financial details.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Prints will always be sent to me for quality control before being sent out. In the unlikely event of your not being happy with the print I ask that you contact me in writing within 14 days of receipt to arrange returning the item in the same condition as received. Then a refund or replacement can be arranged. Refunds cannot be given for bespoke or specially made items unless they are faulty.
